Contact forms
If you use our contact forms we will collect your email address and other information supplied in order to be able to provide you with the correct information about our services and contact you. The email will be stored for a year for customer services purposes.
We do not use information submitted for marketing purpose
Event, Attendee, and Ticket Purchaser Information
We use Event Tickets Plus and WooCommerce to manage ticket sales, and Stripe to process payments.
If you purchase tickets to events, information is retained in the local database:
Ticket information: name, email address, and ticket number, child’s name and details if requested. Ticket purchaser information: name and email address. Location, IP address and browser type are collected for administrative purposes, and we’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, email address and credit card/payment details. We’ll use this information for purposes such as to:
Send you information about your account and order, respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints, process payments and prevent fraud and comply with any legal obligations we have, such as keeping company accounts.

Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
